Immersive content for a permanent installation in a Minneapolis event venue
We made the content for Entourage Events Group’s permanent Immersiveroom in Minneapolis: the projected environments that play in the venue’s ballroom.
The challenge
Entourage Events Group was building a permanent Immersiveroom in their Minneapolis venue, and the room had to look different from one event to the next. The projection system was in place. What it needed was a large library of content to cover whatever theme or brand a client brought in.
The experience
We delivered the content for the installation:
- A library of projected environments, from quiet and ambient to loud and bright, built for a busy event venue
- Enough range that the room works for weddings, galas, corporate events and private parties without new content for each one
- Every file encoded and tested for playback in the Immersiveroom
The result
The Immersiveroom at Entourage Events Group opened in February 2025 and is now what the venue is known for. Clients pick an environment from our library, and the ballroom changes to match.
